Table Sponsor

Partner with our magical experience & sponsor a table at Planner Memories Social. Eight Socialites will have the opportunity to sit at your table and enjoy your shop's products. All Socialites, with their cameras and recording, will see your brand and products as they explore the event space and make their way to tables. 

• Socialites will get to see your brand and creativity on display
• Table Sponsors will provide a minimum of $25 setting per person (8 attendees per table), plus provide all table décor.
• Shop logo displayed on table sign.
• Shop will be promoted as Table Sponsor leading up to the event.
• Have the option to sponsor one table or more
• Volunteers can set up sponsored tables for any sponsors not in attendance. Must be received by July 26, 2024
• Sponsorship includes a 60" round table with a white tablecloth, 
• Great opportunity to show off your shop's vibe as décor is in your creative control, keeping in mind which House/Wizarding World or Muggle design you picked.

What can you expect from us?

Your shop will be marketed across all PMS  and committee platforms; before, during and after the event. 

You will have the ability to market in the Planner Memories Social event group and the ticket holder group.

Our event keepsake will include your logo, social media and business information.
